One email address, read by the person who builds the product.
We answer within one business day. Billing questions, refund requests and account deletions go to the same address.
Most failures are a bank layout we have not seen yet. To add it we need to know:
Please do not send us the statement itself unless you have redacted it first. Email is stored by mail servers outside our control, so the "never written to disk" promise cannot apply to an attachment. If you do redact, use a tool that removes the text under the box (in Acrobat: Redact, then Apply) inside the PDF you downloaded from the bank; a box drawn on top leaves the text in the file. Do not print it to a new PDF or scan it.
Often we do not need the file at all. When a statement from an unknown bank goes through the converter, the layout shape (column headings, positions, formats; never amounts, names, dates or account numbers) is already queued on our side, and we can add support from that. Tell us the bank and we will look for it.
Support is by email only. The inbox is monitored on US business days and answered within one business day. There is no phone line.
